The Italian Cultural Institute is hosting a conference given by Stefano Dominella, a prominent figure in the fashion world, on September 9, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.
At the conference, Stefano Dominella will talk about Italian fashion, focusing on the issues of sustainability in the sector and the relationship between Italian fashion and cinema.
Stefano Dominella is President of Gattinoni Couture, Vice-President of the Textile, Clothing, and Fashion Section of Unindustria, and Scientific Director of Istituto Modartech, an Italian higher academic training center in the fields of fashion and communication. Throughout his long career, he has held significant roles in various cultural projects, including the scientific committee for the project “Fashion Archives of the 20th Century.”
As a professor, he has taught at prestigious institutions such as the University Sapienza of Rome, the Accademia Italiana, the Accademia del Lusso, and the IED Institute, where he specializes in communication, marketing, and fashion styling. His experience and passion for education aim to combine tradition and innovation, preparing future designers to face the challenges of the industry.
The conference will be held in Italian and English.
