The LEGO Group is a privately held company based in Billund, Denmark, and was founded in 1932 by Ole Kirk Kristiansen. The company has passed from father to son and is now owned by Kjeld Kirk Kristiansen, a grandchild of the founder. The LEGO brick is our most important product. We are proud to have been named “Toy of the Century” twice. Our products have undergone extensive development over the years – but the foundation remains the traditional LEGO brick. The brick in its present form was launched in 1958. The interlocking principle with its tubes makes it unique and offers unlimited building possibilities. It’s just a matter of getting the imagination going – and letting a wealth of creative ideas emerge through play. Our products are sold in 118 countries and there are more than 24,000 colleagues worldwide, working to achieve our ambition to bring Learning through Play to children everywhere. There are several job categories: Digital, Design & Creative, Sales & Marketing, Operations, LEGO Retail and LEGO Customer Service. Joining the LEGO® team means building your career with one of the world’s most recognised and loved brands. You will experience a safe space to grow, learn and do your best work. We believe leadership is for everyone, not just people leaders and we succeed together.
